Features are table stakes. Ownership is the product.
Most cloud phone vendors sell you seats and a login. We sell a system that is built and kept working for you.
We configure it first.
Call flows, ring groups, and after-hours routing around how your front desk actually works. One-time setup fee. Then free config forever.
Team Members that know your system.
Not a ticket lottery. A small support team owns the fix. Ongoing support and configuration changes stay free, forever.
Month to month. Always.
No annual trap to “unlock” the price. You stay because it works. We port your numbers as part of setup.
Desk phone, desktop, or mobile. Same system.
Front desk on a handset. Managers on the app. Remote staff on Communicator. One directory, one set of call flows, one bill.
- Ringfree Communicator for active calls and directory
- Yealink desk phones
- Mobile for people who leave the building
- Our app integrated into MS Teams
Add what you need. Do not buy a second vendor.
Start with the business phone. Layer AI, failover, or Teams when the job requires it. Still one team supporting you.
AI voice agents
After-hours and busy-line overflow you approve before it takes live calls. Metered talk time. Not unlimited claims.
Learn about AI →Voice Protection
SD-WAN failover so calls keep working when internet drops. Priced per site. Ask for a fit check.
See Voice Protection →Microsoft Teams calling
Teams telephony options when your org lives in Microsoft. Without making phones a second project.
Teams calling →Three steps. Then the phones stop being your project.

We build it
Call flows, groups, after-hours, numbers. You approve. One-time setup. Then free configuration forever.
Go live. Stay supported.
Cut over when ready. Use the portal when you want. Call us when you do not. Month to month.
“But is moving a nightmare?”
It is why people stay stuck. Here is how each worry is handled.
Will I lose my numbers?
No. Numbers port with you as part of setup.
Will it disrupt the office?
We build and test before cutover. You go live when ready.
Another vendor that ghosts?
Free support forever and people who already know your system.
Do we need a phone on every desk?
No. Many seats use the app. We recommend handsets by role.
Who sets up call flows?
We do. Ring groups, after-hours, and day-one configuration are part of White Glove setup.
Can we add AI or Teams later?
Yes. Start with core seats, then add optional products when you need them.
People stay for the phones and the people.
"The transition from an existing phone system can be daunting and cumbersome, but RingFree made the process painless and efficient."
"Using RingFree means that I can connect with my clients in a way that is safer, quicker, and more familiar to them."
"I have better call quality, more features, and voicemail boxes, all for about half of what I was paying for landlines."
Uptime claims live on our public status page. Not a marketing number on this page.
Straight answers before you book
Will I keep my phone numbers?
Yes. Number porting is part of setup. Your customers keep dialing the same numbers.
Is there a contract?
No multi-year lock-in. Month to month. You stay because it works, not because you are stuck.
What does free support forever mean?
After go-live, support and configuration changes stay free forever. Use the portal yourself or ask us. Both are included. Getting set up has a one-time fee (see pricing). That fee is separate from free forever support.
How long does switching take?
Most installs take about 10-15 days. Timing depends on your availability and the scope of the project. We build and test your system before cutover, so you go live when you are ready. If you are in a bad spot, we can usually get you live within 24 hours.
Who does the setup work?
We do. Call flows, users, devices, and go-live are handled by RingFree. You are not left reading a portal wiki to finish install.
What does go-live day look like?
The system is built and tested first. You approve how calls should ring. Then we cut over when you are ready, port numbers, and train the people who answer phones.
Will switching disrupt the office?
The system is built and tested before anything switches over. You hear how it works first, then cut over when you are ready.
Do we need special internet, phones, or IT on staff?
You need reliable internet for cloud calling. Desk phones and the app are optional by role. You do not need a full-time phone admin. We set it up and support it.
Can we still use a portal ourselves?
Yes. After go-live you can make changes in the portal when you want, or ask us. Ongoing configuration support stays free either way.
Softphone or desk phone. Who needs which?
Many people are fine on the desktop or mobile app. Desk phones fit reception, shared stations, and anyone who wants a physical set. We map by role, not a one-size rule.
What is one-time vs monthly?
Monthly seats cover ongoing service. Setup is a separate one-time fee to get you live. Optional add-ons (AI, contact center, Voice Protection, Omnichannel, some hardware) are quoted only if you need them.
Can we start small and add features later?
Yes. Most teams start on core business seats, then add AI, Teams calling, contact center, or hardware when the job requires it.
Are AI, Teams, and contact center included?
Core seats cover standard business calling. AI voice agents, Microsoft Teams paths, contact center seats, Omnichannel, and Voice Protection are optional. We only recommend what you need.
Where can I see pricing?
Published plans are on our pricing page. Demo is free if you want a fit check first.
What if we are not sure RingFree is the right fit?
Book a free 30-minute demo and get a straight yes or no. No pressure to sign a long contract.
What is included in the business phone system?
Seats for calling, call flows like ring groups and after-hours routing, desktop and mobile apps, and free ongoing support. Hardware, AI, contact center, and some Teams paths are optional.
Will this replace our desk phones?
Only if you want it to. Many offices mix desk phones, cordless handsets, and the app on the same system. We recommend by role.
Do we need a full contact center?
Not always. Simple ring groups are enough for many teams. Contact center seats are for queue-heavy agent work. We will say if you do not need them.
4.9 on Google. Support that shows up.
Verified reviews and a public status page. Not a brochure claim.
