Scale & Secure · Call Center Platform
Queues, agents, and supervisors. Without a second phone vendor.
RingFree Contact Center gives your team queue routing, agent tools, and live visibility when a simple ring group is not enough. Same support model: we set it up, and ongoing support stays free forever.
Call Center seats are tiered by user count on the published rate card. From $35.99/user/mo at 25+ users (list). Demo if you need the right mix of agent vs supervisor seats.
Built for roles, not feature dumps
- Agents: answer, transfer, status, queue context
- Supervisors: live visibility, coaching tools, reporting
- Queues: routing strategies beyond a basic hunt group
- Optional Omnichannel add-on (extra cost) for chat, SMS, email, and social
- Still one bill and one team when something breaks
Contact center depth when volume demands it.
Start with business phone seats for most of the office. Use Call Center seats where agents live in queue work all day.
Agent tools

- Answer, transfer, and status updates
- Queue context while working
- Peer / queue awareness
Supervisor features
- Live agent and queue visibility
- Listen, whisper, and barge for coaching
- Real-time and historical reporting
- Performance visibility without a separate BI project
Queues & routing
- Skill-based and advanced queue strategies
- Wait treatment and wrap-up codes
- SLA-oriented tracking where configured
- Fits multi-location practices and service orgs
Omnichannel when the job is not only calls
Add messaging channels when your team needs a unified inbox on the same contact center platform. Omnichannel is an additional cost on top of Call Center seats. We scope channels and queues on the demo.
Channels customers already use
- Live chat on your website (visitor widget)
- SMS and email inboxes into the same agent workflow
- Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp where enabled
- Route each channel to a queue or a chatbot first step
Messaging queues that match the desk
- Queues by topic or department (billing, support, sales)
- Manual or auto assignment to available agents
- Queue hours that match real shifts
- Returning-customer routing and optional post-chat surveys
Chatbots and website entry
- Chatbots that steer visitors to the right queue
- Website visitor app so chat starts on your site
- Anonymous or named chat, then handoff to a live agent
- Same support model: we configure it with you
Voice contact center seats do not include Omnichannel by default. Channel mix, volume, and licensing are quoted. Do not assume WhatsApp, Facebook, or chat is free with every seat.
Published seats. Demo for the right mix.
Call Center and Supervisor seats
List rates are on the same tier ladder as Core Voice (by account user count). Call Center seats list from $49.99 down to $35.99 at 25+ users. Supervisor seats list from $54.99 down to $40.99 at 25+.
Exact mix (how many agent vs supervisor seats, which queues) is a design conversation. That is what the demo is for. One-time setup applies; ongoing support and configuration stay free forever.
Pair with protection and the core system

Straight answers before you book
Is this a second phone vendor?
No. Contact center seats sit on the same RingFree system. Queues, agents, and supervisors without a separate contact-center company.
How is pricing structured?
Agent and supervisor seats are designed in the demo. One-time setup applies; ongoing support and configuration stay free forever.
Is Omnichannel included with Call Center seats?
No. Omnichannel (live chat, SMS, email, Facebook, WhatsApp where enabled, messaging queues, and visitor chat) is an optional add-on at additional cost. We quote channels and volume after a fit check.
Which messaging channels can we use?
Live chat, SMS, email, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp (where enabled). Each channel can route to a messaging queue or a chatbot that sends people to the right queue.
Will we keep our numbers?
Yes. Number porting is part of setup when you switch.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. No multi-year lock-in.
What if we are not sure we need a full contact center?
Book 30 minutes for a straight yes or no.
Is this a ring group problem. Or a contact center problem?
Thirty minutes. We will tell you which seats you need, whether Omnichannel is worth the add-on, and if a simpler setup is enough.
